To purchase customizable items, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your cart. Then click “get a quote” button, fill in the form especially your custom needs, submit it. Our sales team will contact you asap.

If you want to check the quality of the random sample, just proceed through the checkout process of the item you selected.

For a customized sample, we will cover some sample cost and shipping cost with you to help save your starting cost.

When you are ready to place an order after the sample is approved, we just need a deposit for production. Balance will not need unless all merchandise is ready to ship.

It’s not hard! Select different products and add each one into the cart. Then click “get a quote” button, fill in the form especially your custom needs, submit it. Our sales team will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery will depend on your schedule. You can ship by boat to get the lowest price if you have plenty of time. Or air shipping and express for rush projects.

  • Boat Shipping (depends on your destination)
  • Air Shipping (normally 10 to 15 days)
  • International Express (normally 5 to 7 days)

We use either boat shipping or air shipping like UPS or FedEx to ship your orders, depending on which method offers the best costs and transit times based on your schedule. If your order are in a rush, we can also offer international express which only cost 5 to 7 days.

The cost of boat shipping is always of relative stability, normally depending on the volume of your cargo; and cost of air shipping constantly changing, need to double check with our sales team when you place an order.

If you need to use your shipper account for air shipping, that is ok. But we will also quote our air shipping cost for your reference, normally our cost will much lower  based on our large quantities of goods for a long time.

Yes, a Split/Drop Shipment is available for us. We already helped many clients ship their products to dozens of different addresses, even different countries. But please remember different location maybe have different shipping cost, you need to double check with our team to have an accurate cost.
